Parliamentarian Ruling on Eligibility Criteria: Students running under old requirements had no recourse (due to current cumulative GPA established at end of Fall semester 2010) to comply with new GPA requirement. Therefore they will have until no later than the beginning of the Fall semester 2011 (September 2011) but no earlier than end of Spring semester 2011 (May 2011) to be held to standards of new GPA requirements.
